There when you need us most
A worldwide logistics powerhouse came to us with a problem. The brakes on one of their trailers had jammed, meaning that they were unable to collect an urgent shipment. This meant that the entire production line was at serious risk of halting altogether.
With no time to waste, we provided one of our own trailers (free of charge) to transport the goods from Northern Ireland to the destination address in Birmingham. In doing so, the customer avoided a potential catastrophe, and their production line was able to continue optimally.
We are proud to say that we now provide ferry booking support for this customer's unaccompanied 13.6m trailers travelling from Liverpool to Belfast. From there, we further support our customer by organising the pickup of these trailers from Belfast, the loading of them in Northern Ireland and the drop off back at Belfast for return to Liverpool.
